*Onsite 1-2 times per month as needed

Hourly Pay: 60-66 p/hr on W2 Only

Seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support a focused departmental initiative centered on IT and software contract assessment, application portfolio analysis, and operational documentation. This individual will work closely with departmental leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to inventory and assess existing IT/software agreements, identify renewal and consolidation opportunities, and assist in developing application lifecycle and roadmap documentation.

The analyst will work along side the Radiology / Oncology department to map out contract start and end dates for hundreds of software apps currently in use in the department. Analyst will work with these teams to compile pricing, use, contacts and overlap between sites. Analyst will then utilize this data to input into a departmental database to assist with Digital Department Integration


Contract and Asset Assessment

  • Inventory and organize existing IT and software contracts across the department
  • Populate a centralized tracking mechanisms for:
  • Contract expiration dates
  • Renewal timelines
  • Licensing structures
  • Support agreements
  • Vendor ownership and contacts
  • Identify potential opportunities for:
  • Application consolidation
  • Vendor rationalization
  • Cost optimization
  • Reduction of redundant platforms or services
  • Assist leadership in identifying operational and financial risks associated with contract expirations or unsupported systems

Application Portfolio and Roadmap Analysis

  • Support the mapping of current state application environments and dependencies
  • Assist with documenting:
  • Application ownership
  • Functional overlap
  • Business criticality
  • Lifecycle status
  • Strategic alignment
  • Help identify duplicate functionality and opportunities for standardization across platforms
  • Participate in roadmap development activities for future state application planning and integration efforts

Documentation and Operational Support

  • Assist with development of current state operational and technical documentation
  • Support creation of presentations, inventories, dashboards, and reporting materials for leadership review
  • Coordinate information gathering across technical, operational, and administrative teams
  • Maintain organized project documentation and tracking artifacts
  • Provide additional project coordination and administrative support as needed throughout the engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, IT operations, contract management, or related analytical roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation management
  • Experience organizing large datasets and translating information into actionable summaries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline
