Position Overview


The Program Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, growth, and performance of the Real Estate sales channel while supporting broader Retail Partnerships and Channel Development initiatives. This role focuses on increasing program participation, driving customer acquisition, managing referral and rewards programs, and developing marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management, sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills while effectively managing multiple projects and stakeholders.


Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Real Estate sales channel and increase customer acquisition

• Expand participation within referral and rewards programs through partner engagement initiatives

• Conduct presentations, orientations, training sessions, CE classes, team meetings, and onboarding activities

• Build relationships with brokers, real estate offices, agents, and industry influencers

• Lead program sales and support efforts through direct engagement and field activities

• Develop and implement campaigns including trade shows, seasonal promotions, contests, and industry events

• Manage marketing initiatives including email campaigns, direct mail, presentations, videos, and program kits

• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to align marketing efforts with brand objectives

• Administer web-based referral and rewards platforms including onboarding, approvals, inquiries, and participant rewards

• Monitor and improve customer-facing enrollment experiences and referral capture processes

• Track program performance, customer acquisition metrics, and engagement KPIs

• Analyze data to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive program growth

• Develop reporting on campaign effectiveness, profitability, CPA, revenue projections, and program performance

• Support operational processes including billing, reporting systems, and customer service coordination

• Coordinate development and distribution of sales collateral, newsletters, training materials, and promotional items

• Document business processes, program guidelines, and operational procedures

• Support direct sales efforts and customer training activities

• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution


Minimum Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree or seven years of progressive experience in Sales and Program Management

• Minimum 5 years of Program Management or Account Management experience

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel using a personal vehicle

• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time
