Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to support and strengthen its enterprise-wide compliance framework across multiple affiliated entities.
This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a critical part in ensuring the effective execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of compliance initiatives. The selected candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of key compliance activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of the organization’s compliance program
- Support ongoing compliance operations, including audits, monitoring, and policy implementation
- Participate in investigations, issue resolution, and follow-up on corrective actions
- Contribute to compliance education and awareness initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and track program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, or a related discipline
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, ideally within hospitals, health systems, or provider environments
- Hands-on involvement in compliance-related functions such as auditing, monitoring, investigations, or regulatory training
Certification
- Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credential is required or must be obtained within the
