Who We Are:

Liqid is doing for AI infrastructure what VMware did for x86 servers, bringing the agility of the

cloud to the on-prem datacenter to dynamically allocate and share GPUs, memory, and other

resources. This functionality is critical in running AI and advanced-data workloads in production

(a.k.a. Inference). Liqid Matrix software enables global organizations to accelerate the adoption

of AI, HPC and VDI by unlocking the bottleneck of GPU utilization and availability through

dynamic pooling and sharing of AI resources for higher performance with less total cost, less

power and less hardware.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager with a hardware and

software background to lead the development and production of our cutting-edge electronic

hardware products. In this role you will be overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from

initial concept to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including

engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure timely and successful product

launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including product definition, design, development, production, and launch
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Contract Manufacturer (CM) and ODM Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CMs and ODMs, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and quality standards are met
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the product development and production process
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development and production, ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and financial reports to senior management

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the electronics hardware industry
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Deep understanding of electronic hardware development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing including some software experience
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and OEMs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Arena, Jira) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite 365)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
• Experience working within a Stage/Phase Gate Process
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base compensation range: $100,000 - $130,000 annual salary
