🚀 Hiring: Project / Program Manager – Aerospace Testing

📅 Contract: 3 Months+ (Potential Extension through Fall / End of Year)
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager with a strong aerospace background to support critical test campaigns in a highly cross-functional hardware and testing environment.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution, manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resolve blockers directly with stakeholders, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, and test teams
• Identify critical path risks and proactively remove blockers
• Lead hardware and aerospace testing coordination activities
• Build concise and actionable status reporting for leadership and teams
• Support complex aerospace validation and environmental testing efforts
• Coordinate delivery schedules and testing milestones
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔ 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience
✔ Aerospace industry experience (required)
✔ Strong IMS / schedule management expertise
✔ Cross-functional team leadership experience
✔ Risk management and execution ownership
✔ Aerospace testing and design requirements knowledge
✔ Ability to independently drive projects in fast-paced environments
🔹 Top Technical Skills:
• Aerospace / ATE Testing
• Hardware Testing
• Integrated Master Scheduling
• Manufacturing & Test Engineering
• PCBA and Box Build experience
• Electrical Engineering / Embedded Software understanding
🔹 Preferred Experience:
⭐ Environmental testing
⭐ Technology projects from concept to production
⭐ Aerospace hardware development environments
Ideal candidates come from aerospace, avionics, hardware validation, manufacturing test engineering, or ATE testing backgrounds.
