We are seeking a powerhouse Program Manager to lead complex Department of Defense (DoD) programs. In this role, you won't just manage schedules—you will directly impact global security by driving the development, production, and fielding of cutting-edge robotic maritime systems.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end execution (concept to deployment) of complex hardware and software solutions for unmanned maritime systems.
- Go Global: Spearhead international programs, navigating Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) with allied nations.
- Be the Face: Serve as the primary interface for elite military and government stakeholders, balancing evolving customer priorities across cost, schedule, and performance.
- Navigate Risk: Crack open execution bottlenecks, manage program financials, and ensure strict compliance with export controls (ITAR/EAR).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years of Program Management experience specifically within DoD programs.
- International Edge: Proven track record managing FMS or DCS pathways from requirements through delivery.
- Clearance: Active Secret security clearance.
- Tools of the Trade: High proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling tools.
- The Right Attitude: A reliable, high-standard teammate who balances rigor with being genuinely kind to others.
Bonus Points For
- PMP Certification.
- A background/degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
- Familiarity with unmanned systems (USVs, UUVs, UAVs).
