Program Manager

Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Program Manager. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x per week in Plano, TX.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee operational alignment for digital transformation initiatives across the company's sales systems & products. You will be responsible for optimizing and ensuring schedule adherence, communicating with cross-functional teams, and gathering data to drive impactful business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and monitor scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of digital sales systems & products
• Prepare proposals to win new programs, developing new business and expanding the product line
• Negotiate and prepare contracts, considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements
• Maintain adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct cross-functional workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale programs
• Sales and/or Accounting background, leveraging data to drive initiatives forward
• Experience in Google Workspace & Microsoft Suite, as well as Project Management software
• Demonstrated skills in building effective relationships and influencing from individual contributors to senior executives

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• PMP and/or Agile (CSM, PSM, etc.) certifications highly valued
• Candidates with experience in FinTech or SaaS highly preferred!
