A Day as RBBB's Program Coordinator
The Program Manager, Pathways plays a key role in ensuring high-quality implementation of RBBB's high school leadership programs, including Pathways to Education Professions (PEP) and Pathways to Civic Leadership (PCL). This role leads a team of Program Coordinators, supports program expansion, and ensures programs are delivered with fidelity across multiple sites.
Your day often starts in the office-checking in with your team, reviewing program data, and aligning with the Program Director on priorities and upcoming initiatives. You'll facilitate team meetings, provide coaching to Program Coordinators, and problem-solve to ensure programs are running smoothly.
Throughout the week, you'll be out in the community-visiting school sites, observing program delivery, and strengthening relationships with school and community partners. You may also attend events, coordinate guest speakers, or support Youth Leadership Council activities.
You'll regularly analyze data to inform program improvements, support student recruitment efforts, and collaborate across departments to advance RBBB's strategic goals.
Through your leadership, you ensure students across Arizona have access to meaningful leadership development opportunities that prepare them for future success.

Work Environment
Work is performed in both off-site (school and community) and office environments, with frequent travel between program locations across the Greater Phoenix area and, occasionally, throughout Arizona.
What You Need to Qualify
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
Experience in program management, implementation, or project management
Experience working in education, youth development, or nonprofit programming
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to RBBB's mission, vision, and values
Valid Arizona driver's license (or ability to obtain before start)
Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain before start)
