🧾 Job Title: Exempt Program Manager, Talent Management

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

🎯 Role Summary

The Program Manager, Talent Management is responsible for leading strategic and operational programs that support Talent & Organizational Development (OD&L). This role owns end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, change management, and performance tracking.

You will work cross-functionally to drive talent, learning, leadership development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple talent and organizational development programs
  • Define and execute program strategy, roadmap, and objectives
  • Drive end-to-end project management (scope, timelines, budget, risks)
  • Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support learning, leadership, and engagement initiatives
  • Apply change management principles to drive adoption and impact
  • Facilitate presentations, workshops, and executive briefings
  • Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and talent strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in:
  • Program or project management
  • Talent management / Learning & Development
  • Organizational development or change management

  • Ability to influence and present to executive leadership
  • Familiarity with Agile or human-centered design approaches

  • Certification or experience with assessments such as:
