  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable plans for geo teams; deliver via email, written briefs, and virtual calls; gather feedback and close the loop
  • Partner with Sales teams to scope and stand up an analogous data quality improvement process for web scraping data
  • Set requirements for partner system and data teams to support evolving business needs
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task assignments; hold cross-functional teams accountable across time zones

  • Facilitate decision-making and prioritization across Sales, Sales Finance, and other developer teams
  • Ensure clean handoff and documentation at the end of the coverage period

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, driving accountability across teams you do not own
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting
  • Proven track record managing work across multiple timezones and geographies
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data quality metrics and translating them into action
  • Self-directed; able to ramp quickly and operate independently within a 6-month window
