Program Manager | Leading Infrastructure & Engineering Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to support large-scale engineering, construction, and infrastructure initiatives for a global technology-focused organization. If you have a strong background leading complex programs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving projects from planning through execution, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on high-visibility projects.

What You'll Do:

Manage and coordinate multiple programs and projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates
Partner closely with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and leadership teams
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive-level reporting
Track project budgets, resource allocation, and cost estimates to ensure financial alignment
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Support vendor management, contract administration, and change management processes
Drive process improvements and establish best practices for project execution and governance

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
10+ years of Program or Project Management experience
Proven experience managing large-scale engineering, infrastructure, construction, or operational projects
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

PMI or PMP Certification
Knowledge of production processes and quality control methodologies
Experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational excellence initiatives

💵 Pay: $90 – $95/hour.
