Role Description
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Productivity Technology Director to lead our organization’s technology strategy focused on enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and leadership of innovative technology solutions that streamline workflows, optimize system performance, and support business growth. Your leadership will drive the integration of cutting-edge tools and practices, ensuring our technological infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our productivity systems while collaborating with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Duties
Productivity:
- Take aggressive initiative and action in preventing any financial, inventory, data, or reporting defect with automation.
- Automatically capture, analyze, and report monthly and annual financials with key productivity metrics (positive & negative). Implement automated transactional environment (Inventory, Billing, Purchase Orders, etc.). No manual checks issued or received.
Technology:
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies that improve productivity across all business units, leveraging Oracle NetSuite.
- Leverage Technology to improve Productivity, Accuracy, and Visibility across entire financial department.
- Fully utilize NetSuite to eliminate all manual Administrative and Financial Functions, including the use of AI Agents.
- Fully implement and utilize NetSuite NSPB and NSAW to automatically plan, budget, and forecast.
- Utilize NSAW to develop KPI dashboards to Leadership.
- Complete all desired reporting and documentation within NetSuite.
Cost Accounting:
- Incorporation of Data and Productivity through automated Cost Accounting techniques to provide Cost per pound data to aid all decisions.
- All inputs must be automatically calculated per pound.
- All outputs must be automatically calculated per pound.
- Automatically determine economies of scale impact on Cost per Pound Figures.
- Responsible for all payroll accounting.
- Responsible for overseeing the virtual year-end audit with outside audit company.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; proficiency in budgeting, vendor negotiations, and IT frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications in cloud platforms (Oracle) are advantageous.
