Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Technician to join our team in the manufacturing of thermal insulation products used in industrial machinery, scientific instruments, semiconductor/solar manufacturing, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment in a growing and innovative industry.


Key Responsibilities:


· Set up, operate, and adjust equipment used to process polyimide materials, including polymerization reactors, injection molding machines, and casting equipment.

· Handle and prepare raw polyimide materials and chemicals in accordance with strict safety and quality procedures.

· Perform bonding, assembly, and finishing operations on polyimide components, including techniques such as etching, trimming, and sanding.

· Participate in the hands-on manufacturing of polyimide insulation products.

· Operate equipment and tools safely in accordance with company procedures.

· Occasionally operate a forklift to move fabrication parts (training provided if needed).

· Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of PPE.

· Maintain general housekeeping and perform routine equipment maintenance.

· Follow detailed production instructions with precision and attention to quality.

· Stay adaptable and open to learning new processes, materials, and technologies.


Physical Demands

• Follow detailed production instructions and adhere to specific timing for each step in the process.

• Safely lift and handle materials and components weighing over 50 lbs.

• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.



Qualifications:


• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Capable of using and understanding basic math skills.

• Open-minded and willing to learn specialized technical processes.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

• Physically able to lift over 50 lbs. safely.

• Willing to stand for long periods.

• Willingness to operate a forklift when needed (training will be provided if not certified).

• Work in a hot environment during the summer months.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
