Job Summary
Insight Global is seeking a Process Technician to support daily manufacturing operations at a regulated production facility. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The role partners closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to maintain compliant and reliable production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment and process systems to meet production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor process or equipment adjustments
- Document process data, deviations, and production activities in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements
- Support equipment changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and cleaning/sanitation activities
- Identify potential process improvements and escalate safety, quality, or equipment-related issues
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams during troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
- 1–3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process operations
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or industrial environments preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment (standing, climbing, shift work as needed)
