PAYS: $29 HOURLY (DOE) PLUS SHIFT DIFF AND LOTS OF OVERTIME YOU WILL MAKE AROUND 70K A YEAR HERE.
SHIFT: 6PM-6AM Night Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $29/hour + shift differentials
- Mon–Fri: +$2.00/hour
- Sat–Sun: +$3.00/hour
- Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating (every other weekend required)
- ~15 working days per month
- 3-day week: 34 hours
- 4-day week: 46 hours
- Work week: Sunday–Saturday
- Pay: Weekly (Thursdays)
Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to lead and support a manufacturing team. This is a working leadership role, meaning you’ll direct the team while actively contributing on the floor. You’ll be responsible for driving production, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth communication across shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production staff
- Assign work, monitor performance, and enforce policies/procedures
- Maintain workflow, efficiency, and production schedules
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement improvements
- Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Track and report production performance metrics
- Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Proven involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
