The Opportunity

A manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to provide leadership within daily operations. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, people leadership, and process improvement in a dynamic production setting.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Participate in regular planning, coordination, and production meetings
• Coordinate staffing levels and approve overtime as operational needs dictate
• Reinforce safe work practices
• Encourage team involvement
• Communicate production risks

Experience & Education

Education

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field

Background

• Computer Numerical Control programming experience
• Three to five years of experience leading or supervising production teams
• Experience working with CAM software
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

Work Setting

• Manufacturing-focused environment with evolving priorities
• Close collaboration with production and engineering functions
