We’re hiring a Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) in Grand Prairie, TX—and this is not your typical “keep the line moving” role.
This is a run the operation opportunity.
You’ll own overnight manufacturing—driving output, protecting quality, and leading teams with clarity and control in a fast-scaling environment where your impact will be immediate and visible.

- Operational mindset—you see problems before they become problems
- SAP experience is a plus

- 4–6 week training on 1st/2nd shift before transition
