Production Supervisor - Bi-lingual

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and guide the team to achieve output targets
• Oversee processes to maintain consistent quality and compliance with standards
• Train, coach, and assess plant personnel to support skill development and performance
• Enforce safety practices and ensure a secure working environment
• Review operations regularly to spot inefficiencies and support workflow and scheduling improvements

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of manufacturing experience, including at least four years in a supervisory or management role.
• Manufacturing background is essential
• Spanish language proficiency required for effective communication on the production floor
• Skilled in precision measurement using a variety of inspection instruments
• Background in warehouse workflows, inventory movement, and material handling
• Understanding of quality control methods and inspection standards
• Exposure to plastics extrusion processes and related production techniques
• Able to operate forklifts and similar industrial equipment, supported by solid math abilities and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Salary: $50K-$70K
