Job Title: Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Job Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations for 1–2 production lines, leading up to approximately 60 team members including associates, leads, and temporary staff. This role coordinates all production activities related to output, quality, and efficiency while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Production Supervisor enforces people and food safety rules in alignment with USDA, OSHA, and BRC guidelines and plays a key role in training, coaching, and developing the production team on 2nd shift.

Work Environment
This is a full-time 2nd shift position with hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with additional Saturday shifts during peak season. The role is based in a state-of-the-art food production facility that includes bakery, warehouse, packaging, and freezer areas. The bakery area can be hot due to ovens running, while the warehouse and packaging areas are cooler and the freezer area is kept at low temperatures. Team members follow strict GMP requirements and wear appropriate PPE, including hair nets, beard nets, hard hats, smocks, and steel-toe footwear. The environment is fast-paced, safety-focused, and quality-driven, requiring regular movement on the production floor and close interaction with both people and equipment.
