Role Description

As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing of custom orders. You will operate a variety of sophisticated machinery, working with diverse materials and compositions. This isn't a "rinse and repeat" assembly line; it requires critical thinking, technical aptitude, and a commitment to exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Manufacturing: Produce custom products that meet rigorous customer specifications and internal quality benchmarks.
• Operational Excellence: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established methodologies while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Production Targets: Manage workflows to meet deadlines and fulfill customer orders according to the production schedule.
• Equipment Stewardship: Monitor machine performance; promptly report malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of production activities and complete all technical documentation with accuracy and speed.
• Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing training to master new technologies, advanced machinery, and updated processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production-related or advanced manufacturing role.
• Technical Savvy: Prior experience with (or a strong desire to learn) CNC fabrication, digital presses, photographic imaging, and laser production printers.
• Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for precision; able to spot minute discrepancies in technical specifications.
• Reliability: A proven track record of consistency and commitment to production standards.
