Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will operate multiple assigned positions and undertake various tasks or projects safely and efficiently to produce quality work. This may include the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning of finished products, or loading raw materials into machines.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned positions and tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Place and test electrical components accurately.
  • Clean finished products to ensure quality standards.
  • Load raw materials into machines for production processes.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
  • Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to analyze and interpret data read-outs.
  • Effective communication skills with supervisors, leads, and coworkers.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills, especially for Operator II.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a 200,000 sqft production facility. Machines may keep the area warmer, especially during summer, but measures are being taken to mitigate the heat. Safety is prioritized, ensuring a secure workspace for all employees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
