Production Operator – Asheville / Hendersonville
Compensation: Up to $20.00/hr
Shift/Working Hours: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

About the Role

Is recruiting for energetic Production Operators in the Asheville and Hendersonville areas. This fast-paced role is essential to the production line and is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a physical environment. If you have a steady work history and a strong work ethic, we want to meet you!

What you will do:

• Perform mass packing, picking, sorting, labeling, and packaging tasks.
• Handle line work and stacking duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain on your feet 100% of the work day while maintaining high energy.
• Utilize excellent hand/eye coordination to ensure quality and speed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
• Report daily progress and tasks to the line supervisor or manager.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 6 months of steady work history.
• The ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand for long durations and lift heavy materials.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
