The Production Operator - Blender is responsible for conducting paint drawdowns, preparing and blending customer orders to meet their specifications, documenting work orders and formulas, and maintaining all color-matching and mixing equipment.

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm
- Compensation: $2059 - $26.71 hourly
Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. - Prepare customer orders, including blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches
- Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
- Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements
- Ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
- Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily
- Maintain production records and reporting as required
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
