International is seeking a hands-on Production Maintenance Supervisor to support operations onsite at our Huntsville Powertrain plant. This role offers a strong opportunity to lead maintenance efforts that directly impact production uptime, safety, and team performance.
You’ll serve as the primary resource for all maintenance and repair activities, leading a team of technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on critical production equipment.
Working a second-shift schedule, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly during a vital production window. You’ll also oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage spare parts inventory, and align maintenance activities with production goals to drive long-term reliability.
Beyond operations, you’ll develop and mentor your team, building a strong, sustainable workforce through training and performance management. This role is ideal for someone with solid maintenance experience, strong problem-solving
