Why Work Here?
You will join a clean, well-organized facility that invests in its people and provides clear pathways to full-time employment and added benefits. Early on, you receive uniforms to support a professional and consistent work environment. Once you transition to full-time status, you gain access to full benefits and two weeks of paid vacation, supporting work-life balance and time to recharge. The company also reimburses you for steel toe boots once you are full time, demonstrating a commitment to both your safety and comfort on the job. The organization continues to expand into new facilities, reflecting stability and ongoing growth.
Work Environment
The facility is extremely well kept, clean, and well lit, providing a comfortable and organized setting for daily work. It is a newer facility that houses operations moved from an older location, reflecting recent investment in the workspace. Temperatures can be warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter when bay doors are open, but conditions remain within a typical range for a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Initial training takes place on first shift for approximately one month, with a schedule of 5:30 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, depending on preference. After training, the role transitions to third shift, working 10:15 PM to 6:45 AM from Sunday night through Friday morning, with an additional shift differential for working nights. Standard hours may also include an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, and during busy seasons the operation may move to four 10-hour shifts, with additional production run on Fridays as needed. The workday includes two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch.
