What you’ll be doing

As a Production Associate, you will support key stages of the production process, including:

• Collation, labeling, verifying, and binning materials
• Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Preparing products for shipping and distribution
• Supporting smooth production flow across shifts and teams
• Ensuring customer delivery timelines are met (SLA compliance)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assisting supervisors and team leads with daily operations

What we’re looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fast-paced production preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and support others
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Work Environment

This is an active production role that requires standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is reliable, focused, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment.
