This is an excellent opportunity for graduates in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or other technical disciplines to gain hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility.


What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will work alongside experienced manufacturing professionals to safely produce pharmaceutical ingredients while ensuring compliance with FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).


Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute manufacturing processes according to approved batch records and operating procedures
  • Complete production documentation accurately and in compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment used in pharmaceutical production
  • Support batch processing activities, including milling, material handling, and unit operations
  • Assist with process troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready manufacturing environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Participate in safety programs, hazard assessments, and emergency response activities
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Environmental Health & Safety teams
  • Support equipment readiness and ensure production equipment is properly identified and maintained
  • Contribute to a positive team culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related technical field; OR
  • Associate degree in a technical discipline with relevant manufacturing experience; OR
  • High school diploma with significant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulated environments
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and work safely in a production environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn


Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, co-op, laboratory, research, or manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, GMP, or pharmaceutical manufacturing concepts
  • Experience working with technical equipment or industrial processes
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
