Job Title: Production Associate

Responsibilities

  • Follow standard operating procedures to produce products safely and within quality standards.
  • Gather materials and hang them on the production line.
  • Operate the spray wand in the wash bay.
  • Operate a combi forklift to move materials ranging from 2 feet to 40 feet in length.
  • Operate a scissor lift.
  • Remove products from the line and stage them appropriately.
  • Perform 6S duties in your area of responsibility.

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing/production industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, preferably with structural equipment or large equipment.
  • Experience in assembly and powder coat painting.

Work Environment

You will work in a manufacturing environment (machine shed) alongside 40 total employees, either in groups of two or independently. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with Fridays off. Personal protective equipment required includes hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, welding helmets, and welding gloves.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason City, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $20.30/hr.
