Product Quality Engineer (Electrical Focus)
Location : Toledo, OH
Are you passionate about vehicle quality and customer satisfaction? We're looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join a leading automotive manufacturing team and act as the Voice of the Customer within the assembly plant
.
In this role, you'll investigate warranty and customer quality concerns, lead root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, support product and process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class vehicle quality. You'll play a key role in resolving complex quality issues, supporting production operations, and protecting product design intent.
Key Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
✔ Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
✔ Knowledge of FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis
✔ Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred:
⭐ Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certification
⭐ Automotive assembly plant or supplier experience
⭐ Product Engineering or Vehicle Integration background
