Education/Experience Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
5 years of experience in one or more of the following: broker-dealer compliance, compliance project management, business analysis, program management, product marketing
Experience with database querying (e.g., SQL, etc.) and data analysis.
Strong writing and communications skills
Strong business acumen
Experience with the software development lifecycle and/or product development lifecycles.
Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.
Experience working closely with leadership.
Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with broker-dealer market operations and compliance.
Experience collaborating closely with leadership.
Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources.
