Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, based in Sugar Land, TX. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Modisoft’s products, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing enhancement. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing product features, gathering and analyzing market and user data, and driving the execution of product roadmaps to align with business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, and Product Lifecycle Management
- Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and User Feedback Interpretation
- Proficiency in Project Management, Agile or Scrum Methodologies, and Team Collaboration
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Familiarity with product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard)
- Technical understanding of software or technology-driven products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in retail, convenience stores, or POS systems is beneficial
- Prior experience in Product Management is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel for business or customer needs.
