Under P&R Measurement, WowNow is an AI-driven, distributed manufacturing platform that brings personalized creation closer to consumers. By combining intelligent software with CNC processing and UV printing, WowNow enables on-demand, localized production across retail, events, and partner locations. We are building the next generation of localized manufacturing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead WowNow’s product growth and localization efforts in North America.

This role will own the U.S. product roadmap and serve as the bridge between market demand and product execution. You will identify user pain points, define priorities, launch commercialization features, improve conversion funnels, and explore AI opportunities relevant to the North American market.

You will work closely with Marketing, BD, Operations, and HQ engineering teams to ensure WowNow products are optimized for local users and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own North America product roadmap and quarterly priorities
• Translate business opportunities into clear product initiatives
• Balance short-term revenue wins with long-term platform capability building
• Define success metrics for each initiative

2. User Funnel Optimization

Own the full customer journey:

Traffic → Landing Page → Creation → Checkout → Pickup → Repeat Purchase

• Improve conversion at each stage
• Identify drop-off points using data and user feedback
• Launch experiments to improve revenue performance

3. Commercialization Features

• Build new monetization opportunities for U.S. market
• Develop seasonal, IP-based, and promotional product experiences
• Create limited-edition product mechanics
• Partner with Marketing to turn campaigns into product revenue

4. AI Product Innovation

• Research useful AI tools and products for WowNow integration
• Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and user value
• Prioritize AI-driven features such as personalization, generation, automation, and recommendation

5. Localization

• Adapt UX, messaging, payment flows, and product features for U.S. users
• Ensure local product-market fit

6. Cross-functional Execution

• Write clear product requirements
• Coordinate with Design and Engineering
• Align with HQ teams on execution timeline
• Communicate priorities clearly across departments

Qualifications

• 4+ years Product Management experience
• Consumer internet / eCommerce / marketplace / growth product background preferred
• Strong business sense and product intuition
• Data-driven mindset
• Experience launching 0→1 features
• Familiarity with AI products is a strong plus
• Strong ownership and execution ability
