We are looking for a senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Investment Management, Investment Operations, and Private Markets to lead strategic product initiatives supporting Private Equity and Private Credit platforms. Must-Have Qualifications
✅ 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business/Product Analysis within Financial Services
✅ Strong expertise in Investment Operations and Investment Management
✅ Deep knowledge of Private Markets (Private Equity & Private Credit)
✅ Hands-on experience with Fund Accounting and transaction lifecycle management
✅ Strong Data Management & Data Mapping experience across multiple systems
✅ Advanced SQL skills for analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
✅ Experience with Market & Security Reference Data
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the product roadmap for Investment Management and Private Markets platforms
• Partner with Investment, Operations, Fund Accounting, Data, and Technology teams to define and deliver product solutions
• Lead product initiatives involving investment operations workflows, fund accounting, transaction processing, and reference data management
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams
• Ensure accurate data integration, governance, and mapping across enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on SQL-based analysis, data quality, and reconciliation efforts
• Serve as a subject matter expert for private market transactions including capital calls, distributions, valuations, and settlements
Preferred Background
✔ Asset Management, Asset Servicing, or Financial Technology organizations
✔ Experience with investment accounting, portfolio management, or data platforms
✔ Large-scale system integration and platform modernization initiatives
✔ Data governance, controls, and data quality frameworks
