Job Title: Product Information Management (PIM) Product Manager
Location: Morgan Hill, CA
About the Role:
As the PIM Product Manager at Specialized, you will be the owner and primary manager of our Product Information Management (PIM) system, built on Contentserv. You will ensure the system is the single source of truth for all product data, supporting teams worldwide and enabling seamless product launches and updates across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the PIM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and availability for all users.
- Define and execute the PIM roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and integrations based on business needs.
- Project manage PIM-related initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee integrations with upstream and downstream (B2C, B2B, etc.) systems.
- Collaborate with the Master Data Management team, worldwide markets, and other stakeholders to ensure products are production-ready.
- Gather feedback from super users and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement of the PIM system.
- Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access and security.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide support, and serve as the main point of contact for all PIM-related queries.
- Maintain documentation and training materials for PIM users.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years experience managing or administering a Product Information Management system (Contentserv experience is preferred).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Technical aptitude to understand system integrations and data flows.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Experience in e-commerce, product data management, or related fields is preferred.
