We're partnering with an enterprise AI startup building the work intelligence layer for the world's largest companies. Their platform embeds into the systems Fortune 500 organizations already rely on, capturing how work actually gets done, measuring productivity and process conformance, and surfacing where AI and automation can have the highest impact.

The Role

Full-stack product engineer owning features e2e, from identifying the user problem through frontend and backend implementation to production deployment. You'll talk directly to users, translate feedback into engineering decisions, run lightweight experiments, and cover the seams between engineering, AI, design, and customer feedback. You'll also partner with AI engineers to scope and ship LLM-powered features.

Stack: TypeScript, React, NestJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Kysely, Vite, TanStack Query, TanStack Router, Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, Tiptap, Next.js, Datadog

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 3-8 years of full-stack engineering with production features shipped e2e
  • Early-stage startup experience (Seed to Series C), ideally through a growth inflection
  • Strong TypeScript and PostgreSQL proficiency
  • Experience with an opinionated Node framework (NestJS, Express, or Fastify)
  • Has interfaced with customers and used that feedback to drive engineering decisions
  • Comfortable with AI agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco

Strong signals:

  • Experience at an AI-first or LLM-powered product as a founding or forward-deployed engineer
  • Familiarity with Radix UI, Tailwind, TanStack, or Next.js
  • Quant background or high-rigor analytical background as a proxy for abstract problem-solving
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Something interesting outside of work: side projects, research, etc.
