The Product/Technology Manager – Apollo Applications is responsible for the product strategy, technical delivery, and operational stability of Apollo-related enterprise applications. This role leads a cross-functional team supporting enhancements, integrations, and production operations for systems critical to guest experience, revenue operations, and corporate workflows. The position combines product ownership with technical leadership, ensuring Apollo platforms are scalable, secure, and compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives. Through strong collaboration and disciplined governance, this role drives innovation, reliability, and measurable business value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Apollo Applications aligned with business priorities and enterprise strategy.
- Oversee system design, enhancements, integrations, and lifecycle management of Apollo platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, incident management, and governance standards.
- Monitor platform performance, system reliability, and user adoption metrics; drive root cause analysis and long-term improvements.
- Manage integrations between Apollo systems and upstream/downstream enterprise platforms, including onboard and corporate applications.
- Oversee vendor relationships, performance management, contract alignment, and escalations related to Apollo solutions.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product effectiveness, operational stability, and return on investment.
- Identify risks related to compliance, security, data integrity, and operational continuity and implement mitigation strategies.
- Contribute with capacity planning, and resource forecasting for the Apollo portfolio.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and accountability aligned with NCLH’s value anchors.

QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE:
Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, enterprise application delivery, or technology operations.
- Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems in hospitality, maritime, revenue, or operational environments.
- Experience managing application roadmaps and overseeing technical implementation efforts.
- Experience working within structured SDLC, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred:
- Experience with Apollo systems or similar reservation/revenue/guest management platforms.
- Experience supporting distributed or shipboard-connected environments.
- Experience managing third-party vendor integrations and service providers.
