Procurement Specialist

Swoon is hiring for our Global Manufacturing Client in Mossville, IL and this will be a fully onsite position.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision (50% of premium covered for contractor).

Position Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support a global procurement team responsible for strategic sourcing and supplier management across enterprise categories. This role will partner closely with category buyers to assist with procurement operations, supplier performance tracking, and cost analysis while helping drive data-informed purchasing decisions.

Job Duties

• Support category buyers with procurement analysis, reporting, and operational tasks
• Assist with tracking supplier performance, compliance, and cost metrics
• Analyze procurement data to support sourcing and purchasing decisions
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Microsoft Office tools including Power BI
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global procurement team members
• Maintain procurement documentation and support ongoing sourcing initiatives
