About the Company
LESSO Group is a leading large-scale industrial group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with global operations across North America, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. As part of our continued expansion in the United States, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations across the U.S. and broader North America region.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Support and execute procurement activities in alignment with headquarters' policies and procedures
- Develop, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and cost control initiatives
- Manage supplier contracts, procurement timelines, and supply cycles
Logistics & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate international and domestic logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery
- Track shipment status (pickup, transit, port arrival, customs clearance) and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
- Support import/export operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Cross-functional & HQ Coordination
- Collaborate with global headquarters and internal teams on procurement, logistics, and operational alignment
- Support sourcing and management of raw materials, equipment, consumables, and outsourced services
- Monitor procurement execution and ensure alignment with operational needs
Financial & Administrative Support
- Handle supplier reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processes
- Maintain accurate records of procurement, logistics, and supplier transactions
- Assist in reporting, documentation, and process optimization
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related field preferred)
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and international logistics
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or import/export operations
- Familiarity with customs clearance and international shipping processes
- Knowledge of supplier management and cost analysis
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
