Process Engineer

Extension is seeking a Process Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI!

Overview

Join a leading manufacturer in a high-volume, vertically integrated production environment. This hands-on Process Engineer role supports assembly and finishing operations, driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes related to safety, quality, throughput, and cost
• Support assembly and finishing lines through troubleshooting and process optimization
• Conduct time studies, capability studies, and root cause analysis
• Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives
• Develop work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and process documentation
• Support equipment implementation and cross-functional engineering projects

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, process mapping, and continuous improvement
• Background in metal fabrication, stamping, forming, or finishing environments preferred
• Creo and AutoCAD experience a plus

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $85,000–$105,000 annually
