Overview:
Our national client is seeking a highly polished and client-centric Wealth Management Advisor/Associate to support a Private Wealth Management (PWM) practice focused on ultra-high-net-worth relationships (typically $10MM+). This individual will play a critical role in delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience while partnering closely with senior advisors to execute complex financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for a high-net-worth client base, managing inbound calls, emails, and proactive outreach
- Partner closely with the lead advisor/Wealth Management Advisor (WMA) to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies
- Conduct client preparation and participate in meetings related to life events, generational wealth, and long-term planning
- Support and help lead annual review processes and ongoing client contact strategy
- Execute complex service requests with precision, including:
- Trust and estate planning coordination
- Tax-aware investment strategies
- Retirement income planning
- Asset allocation discussions
- Brokerage and portfolio adjustments
- Assist in implementing and maintaining customized financial plans for ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience aligned with white-glove service expectations
Client Profile & Environment
- Ultra-high-net-worth client base ($10MM+ minimum relationships)
- Highly relationship-driven—clients often view their advisory team as an extension of their family
- Dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment requiring exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in wealth management or private wealth
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CFP® designation a plus (not required)
- Exceptional communication skills—professional, polished, and highly client-facing
- Proven ability to manage complex client needs and deliver a high level of service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Structure
- Base salary range: $97,500 – $130,000 (flexibility based on experience)
- 25% annual bonus opportunity (aligned to branch performance)
- Equity/share eligibility
- Based in the Overland Park / Kansas City market
