Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or a related investment role.
  • Demonstrated experience executing middle-market transactions within healthcare services, healthcare technology, and/or business services sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead deal processes independently from sourcing through closing.
  • Experience working with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify attractive investment opportunities and key value drivers.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative approach, and a passion for building businesses and creating long-term value.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, execution, and management of private equity investments across healthcare services, healthcare technology, and business services sectors
  • Source and assess new investment opportunities through industry relationships, intermediaries, and proprietary channels
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, competitive assessments, and management evaluations
  • Build and oversee complex financial models, valuation analyses, and investment committee materials
  • Drive transaction execution, including negotiations, deal structuring, financing processes, and coordination with external advisors
  • Partner closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and implement value creation initiatives, strategic growth plans, operational improvements, and M&A strategies
  • Monitor portfolio performance, track key operating metrics, and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership teams
  • Mentor and develop junior investment professionals while contributing to the firm's overall investment strategy and sector expertise
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to strengthen market presence and sourcing capabilities
