Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis on potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in sourcing deals by identifying prospective companies and market sectors for investment.
  • Support comprehensive due diligence activities, including market research and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and participate in presentations to internal committees and external partners.
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies to monitor performance and implement strategic initiatives post-investment.
  • Work closely with senior team members to execute transactions from origination through closing.
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to target markets.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
  • Experience conducting due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with deal sourcing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of specific industry sectors, such as technology or healthcare, is highly regarded.
  • Experience supporting post-acquisition value-creation initiatives.
