A long-term investment platform focused on sustainability, infrastructure, and real asset-oriented investing is looking to add an Associate to its growing Seattle-based team.
The firm invests across the middle market with a flexible mandate spanning sustainability, energy, infrastructure, data centers, climate-related businesses, and select industrial opportunities. Backed by institutional capital, major financial institutions, pension funds, and family offices, the platform takes a long-term, partnership-oriented approach to investing.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities across sustainability, infrastructure, energy, and related sectors
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials
- Support diligence processes and transaction execution
- Conduct industry and company research to help shape investment theses
- Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives post-investment
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or other investing-related roles
- Prior exposure to M&A, financial modeling, and transaction execution
- Interest in sustainability, infrastructure, climate, energy transition, or real asset-oriented investing preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a lean team environment
- No MBA required
