A long-term investment platform focused on sustainability, infrastructure, and real asset-oriented investing is looking to add an Associate to its growing Seattle-based team.


The firm invests across the middle market with a flexible mandate spanning sustainability, energy, infrastructure, data centers, climate-related businesses, and select industrial opportunities. Backed by institutional capital, major financial institutions, pension funds, and family offices, the platform takes a long-term, partnership-oriented approach to investing.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new investment opportunities across sustainability, infrastructure, energy, and related sectors
  • Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials
  • Support diligence processes and transaction execution
  • Conduct industry and company research to help shape investment theses
  • Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives post-investment


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or other investing-related roles
  • Prior exposure to M&A, financial modeling, and transaction execution
  • Interest in sustainability, infrastructure, climate, energy transition, or real asset-oriented investing preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a lean team environment
  • No MBA required


Additional Details

  • Seattle-based role with 3–4 days/week in office
  • Candidates should have ties to Seattle or a genuine long-term interest in relocating there
