Spring TX.Senior PCB Layout Designer (Contract)
Seeking an Expert PCB Layout Designer with proven experience designing complex, high-performance PCBs.
Required Experience.
- High layer-count PCB design.
- High-speed signal routing (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes, etc.).
- High-voltage/high-current power delivery.
- Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) best practices.
- DFM/DFA and manufacturing support.
Tools.
- Cadence Allegro 22.1.
- Constraint Manager.
- Advanced routing and layout expertise.
- End-to-end design flow knowledge.
- Valorexperience is a plus.
Responsibilities.
- Own PCB layout from concept through manufacturing release.
- Collaborate with Hardware, SI/PI, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.
- Implement routing constraints and design rules.
- Support design reviews, prototyping, and production builds.
Ideal Background.
- Experience supporting complex products in networking, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, industrial, or high-performance computing environments.
