We’re looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design, validation, and quality initiatives on advanced engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on design, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 3D modeling & 2D drafting using CREO; develop sheet metal, machined parts & assemblies
• Drive product validation, testing, and root cause analysis using tools like 8D & DMAIC
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to improve DFM/DFMA and product reliability
