Power Platform Engineer Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the design and delivery of Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps aligned to organizational strategy and mission outcomes.
- Design and implement advanced data models and Power BI dashboard ecosystems to drive actionable insights and solve complex business challenges.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Engage with industry and technical communities to anticipate emerging trends, promote best practices, and drive continuous innovation across the organization.
- Champion self-service analytics and automation by enabling and educating stakeholders, teams, and end users.
- Drive clear, strategic communication with stakeholders and partners to align on deliverables, timelines, and accountability
Power Platform Engineer Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience delivering enterprise Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps within complex business environments.
- Proven experience developing scalable, insight-driven Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Experience implementing and managing source control and DevOps practices using GitHub or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with modern software testing frameworks and quality assurance best practices.
- Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering business value.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
