You’ll have a true seat at the table, working alongside leadership to build, develop, and lead a brand-new program designed to transform how psychiatric crisis care is delivered—diverting individuals from ERs into a more supportive, therapeutic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
• Treat individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs
• Oversee and support nursing staff (RNs) and clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to shape workflows and care models
• Play a key role in building a high-quality, patient-centered crisis program

REQUIRED:

• PMHNP licensed in NJ
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis, or community-based settings
• Strong clinical leadership and interest in program development
