As a Buffet Attendant, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience. You’ll keep our BBQ buffet abundant, spotless, and inviting while sharing the story and spirit of Texas BBQ with every guest who walks through the line.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, visually appealing buffet throughout service
  • Engage guests with warm, friendly hospitality and answer questions about menu items
  • Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation to Hyatt standards
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth flow and timely replenishment
  • Support setup and breakdown of the buffet area each day

Full evening availability including weekends and holidays throughout the Summer is required for this role.

  • A positive attitude and a friendly personality

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience as Buffet Attendant or Food Runner role is preferred but not required

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred

  • A valid Texas food handler’s certificate is required

  • A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend and holiday availability

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
