Role Overview: As a Dining Room Attendant, you’ll blend laid‑back Texas warmth with polished hospitality. You’ll guide guests through the BBQ experience, anticipate needs, and create a welcoming environment that keeps the energy high and the tables happy.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide attentive, friendly table service in a casual‑but‑refined setting
  • Share menu knowledge and help guests navigate the BBQ experience
  • Collaborate with the buffet, cashier, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean, organized section and support closing duties

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • TABC & Texas Food Handler certification is required.
