Duration:- 10 Months (CONTRACT TO FULL-TIME / PERMANENT)
PAYRATE RANGE: $60-65 PER HOUR ON W2 (Negotiable)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Control Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Allen Bradley (AB) PLC programming. The ideal candidate must have real-world experience in developing, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC programs, not just basic or listed exposure.
Experience with Ignition SCADA is a plus, but the primary focus is on core PLC programming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC programs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000)
- Write and modify PLC code (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block)
- Support system integration, testing, and commissioning
- Work with HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk, Ignition – nice to have)
- Diagnose and resolve control system and automation issues
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams in industrial/manufacturing environments
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLC programming
- Hands-on expertise with Studio 5000 / RSLogix
- Proven ability to build and troubleshoot PLC programs from scratch
- Experience with Ladder Logic and other PLC programming languages
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems and control systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Ignition SCADA (secondary)
- Familiarity with HMI systems (FactoryTalk, PanelView, etc.)
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC)
